Ad Fed is a group of creative professionals, networking with various industries that service the advertising and marketing industry, all while having some fun along the way. Our monthly programs for members and guests are designed to inform, educate and entertain.

The board has put together a fantastic program lineup that is sure to draw a crowd. This is a great time to showcase your company and products to the people the influence advertising and marketing for other South Florida companies.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETING SPONSOR LEVELS

*Gold Level: $300

• 3 tickets to the event ($30-35 value)

• 2-minute presentation to address audience

• Announcements will include sponsors logo & hyperlink to meeting sponsors website

• Sponsors name & hyperlink will be included on event page of AdFedwebsite

• Sponsors name will be included in event pre and post event PR

• Ability to display pop up banner or signage at event registration

• Ability to distribute promotional material to all attendees

*Silver Level: $150

• 1 ticket to the event ($30-35 value)

• Announcements will include sponsors logo & hyperlink to meeting sponsors website

• Sponsors name & hyperlink will be included on event page of AdFedwebsite

• Ability to display pop up banner or signage at event registration

• Ability to distribute promotional material to all attendees

*Bronze Level: $60.00

• 1 ticket to the event ($30-35 value)

• Ability to distribute promotional material to all attendees

YEARLY SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Yearly Sponsorship Partner: $3000.

• Partner will receive industry exclusivity representing a niche market (description of niche to be provided by sponsor)

REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS

• Banner and link on www.advertisingfederation.org

• Sponsors name will be included in all communications as a AdFed Annual Partner

• Quarterly email blast to membership. (specs for email blast will be given to partner)

MONTHLY AND MEETINGS

• 3 tickets to each event ($90-105 value)

• Special recognition during all events

• Ability to display signage and distribute promotional materials at all events

• Ability to distribute promotional material to all attendees

• One email blast to list of attendees from Partner within 7 days after each event. (specs for email blast will be given to partner)

*Availability is limited to two Bronze sponsors and a total of three (3) total sponsors per event. Every sponsor will receive special acknowledgement during the program. The top-level sponsor’s (Gold or Silver) brochures will be distributed at registration with drink/food tickets.
